Image Description: An off-white pillowcase with a swirly texture has been split open revealing a doubling of stains from where a head might rest. It’s hung high and horizontally on a black wall and spot lit. The fabric dips slightly in the middle. Cascading from the fabric are numerous strands of handspun golden thread hanging down nearly touching the grey floor. Short locks of straight dark brown hair are knotted all along each golden strand. They twist and turn, dancing despite stillness. To the left on the ground is a 16 inch high wood cable reel. Countless coffee beans have been glued together on the red thread and wrapped all around the cable reel.
